1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return and full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in the original packaging, complete with all tags, accessories, manuals, and parts included.

• You must provide a proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or order number).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health, safety, or legal reasons:

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or fuel containers that have been filled or used.

• Perishable goods (such as energy gels, meal replacement packs, or nutritional supplements) if the seal is broken.

• Gift cards or downloadable digital products.

• Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance at the time of purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Support: Email nutrilensbyapfit@gamedayfuelpacks.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Receive Authorization: If approved, our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with instructions on where to ship your package.

3. Pack & Ship: Securely package the item in its original box and attach the provided return label (or ship via a trackable carrier to the address provided in your RMA email).

Note: Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be processed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.

• Customer Remorse / Discretionary Returns: (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered) The customer is responsible for covering return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Inspection & Refunds

• Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

• Most banks and credit card companies take 5–10 business days for the credit to officially post to your statement.

7. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, contact us at nutrilensbyapfit@gamedayfuelpacks.com. We will guide you through the fastest method, which is typically placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if items are missing from your package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at nutrilensbyapfit@gamedayfuelpacks.com with clear photos or video showing the issue and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately at no extra cost.
