1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return and full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging, complete with all tags, accessories, manuals, and parts included.
You must provide a proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or order number).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health, safety, or legal reasons:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or fuel containers that have been filled or used.
Perishable goods (such as energy gels, meal replacement packs, or nutritional supplements) if the seal is broken.
Gift cards or downloadable digital products.
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance at the time of purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Support: Email nutrilensbyapfit@gamedayfuelpacks.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive Authorization: If approved, our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with instructions on where to ship your package.
Pack & Ship: Securely package the item in its original box and attach the provided return label (or ship via a trackable carrier to the address provided in your RMA email).

Note: Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be processed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
Customer Remorse / Discretionary Returns: (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered) The customer is responsible for covering return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Inspection & Refunds

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Most banks and credit card companies take 5–10 business days for the credit to officially post to your statement.

7. Exchanges

8. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if items are missing from your package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at nutrilensbyapfit@gamedayfuelpacks.com with clear photos or video showing the issue and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately at no extra cost.
